How do I reactivate my Duo app?

***Note** This only works if you are still using the same phone number.

Log into AccessUH and on the Duo settings page, click on My Settings and Devices:

Verify your identity by pressing the passcode option since the push option will not work:

Click Text me new codes and enter that code you will receive via text and press Log In:

Click Device options on the phone you are reactivating:

Click Reactivate Duo Mobile:

Select the operating system of your phone you will be reactivating:

Install the Duo mobile app if you have not already done so:

On your phone, open the Duo Mobile app. Click the + icon on the top of the screen. Hold your phone up to the computer and scan the on-screen barcode using the Duo Mobile application built-in scanner. After you have scanned the barcode, click Continue. You can also chose to send an activation link via email.
