Any employee who has custodial responsibility for a university owned personal or laptop computer located at an off-campus location is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any proprietary information that may be on that personal or laptop computer. Care must be taken to ensure that no one is permitted to gain unauthorized access to confidential university information.
