The college/division business administrator is responsible for notifying Property Management when there is a change of property custodians for capital/controlled assets. When a new property custodian is appointed, the departmental inventory must be verified and documented by the incoming/outgoing property custodians. The college/division business administrator will forward a signed copy of PRP-6 to Property Management designating a new property custodian. Property Management will provide a current inventory listing at the time of the change.
