Yes, you may enroll in as many as you need. Each course will count for 3 hours credit toward your enrollment hours in the semester you take it, but the credit will not apply to your degree. So if you take ENGL 1300 and Math 1300 plus two regular 3-hour courses, you will be considered a full-time student for purposes of financial aid, insurance, etc.
