Yes. The email size limit is 35 megabytes (MB) if sending outside of UIT exchange (anything that is not @central.uh.edu or @cougarnet.uh.edu).  Internally (anything being sent to another @central.uh.edu or @cougarnet.uh.edu account) there is no size limit. This includes the entire email message consisting of the attachment, message body, header, and signature.  If the attachment is too large, the sender will receive an error message stating that fact.  As an IT best practice, other email service providers also limit the size (usually 20MB) of attachments sent and received it.
