What is my VPN userid or user name?
To log into the VPN client, you will need a CougarNet account. If you already have a CougarNet account, for the user name, put in your CougarNet userid. The password will be your CougarNet password.
If you do not have an active CougarNet account, have your Cougar 1Card available and contact the IT Support Center by:
• Stopping by the IT Support Center located in Room 116 of Philip Guthrie Hoffman Hall (PGH) Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.
• Calling the IT SUPPORT Help Desk at (713) 743-1411
