When creating a meeting through the Teams app:

1 - On the New Meeting window, select Options.

2 - Select the Who can bypass the lobby? dropdown.

3 - Choose an option in the dropdown.

Note: This setting will determine who automatically bypasses the waiting room.

4 - Click Apply.

When creating a meeting through the Outlook app:

1. On the New Meeting window, select Meeting Options.

2. Select the Who can bypass the lobby? dropdown on the righthand side.

3. Choose an option in the dropdown.

Note: This setting will determine who automatically bypasses the waiting room.

4. Click Save.
