When you schedule a meeting in Microsoft Teams, a Join Microsoft Teams Meeting link is automatically created and included in the meeting invitation.

If you add an external faculty member's email address to the invitation, they will receive the meeting invite with the Join Microsoft Teams Meeting link in the body of the email. They can use this link to join the meeting from a web browser or the Microsoft Teams app.
