How do I send the meeting invitation link to non-UH faculty for a Teams meeting?

When you schedule a meeting in Microsoft Teams and add an external email address:

  1. After adding the external faculty's email, a Join Microsoft Teams Meeting link will automatically be generated.
  2. The link will appear in the body of the invitation email.
  3. Once the invitation is sent, the external faculty member will have this link to join the meeting from their browser or Teams app.
