To create a folder in your LastPass vault:  

1. Sign in to LastPass. 
2. Hover over the Add button. (Note: it’s the red dot with the plus symbol on the bottom right side of the vault) 
3. Click Add New Folder. 
4. Enter a folder name.  
5. Click Save.  

To delete a folder in your LastPass vault:  

1. Right click a folder.  
2. Select Delete Folder.  
3. Select Yes.
