The LastPass account provided by the university uses your @cougarnet.uh.edu email username and password.  

If you are linking your personal LastPass account to your university provided LastPass account, this would use the credentials you created when you set up your personal account. Once it is linked, you will only need to sign into your university provided LastPass account to access your personal vault.
