Microsoft 365 Two-Factor Authentication

Two-Factor Authentication is now required for other applications used at the University of Houston. If you are trying to sign into Microsoft 365, follow these steps for authentication. Also, make sure to have the DUO mobile app installed on your device before starting.

1.     Go to https://login.microsoft.com.

2.     Enter your Microsoft 365 email.

3.     Click Next.

 4. Enter your Microsoft 365 password.

5. Click Sign in.

 6. Click Remember me for 30 days.

7. Select one of the following:

• Send Me a Push
• Enter a Passcode

 8. On your mobile device press Tap To View Actions Or go directly to the DUO mobile app on your phone.

9: Press Approve
