Why am I unable to create a CASA account?
If you are trying to create a CASA account and receive the error "Unable to find your record in Class Roster sent to us by University", check to see if you have a Preferred name listed on your myUH self service account. CASA uses the preferred name if you have one listed. To check if you have one listed, log into your myUH self service, go to Personal Information, and check under Personal Details.
If you need help email courseware@uh.edu or complete the online forms located at casa.uh.edu.
Visit one of the CASA locations in person.
