As of March 2020, Safari on iOS is preventing third-party content providers from tracking users across websites by default. The current Duo interface that allows users the option "Remember me for 30 days" is not selectable with this setting enabled.
Within the next 24 months, Duo will provide an update to their interface which may correct this issue. For iPhone users who would like to avoid being prompted for two-factor authentication every time they visit AccessUH via UH Go or directly in Safari, there is a workaround:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone, and tap Safari.
- Scroll down to the "Privacy & Security" section and toggle off the switch next to "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking".
This will allow you to select the checkbox and enforce that your two-factor authentication be remembered in Safari on your device for 30 days.
