I removed my Duo-Protected University of Houston account on my phone and now I want to reactivate it. How can I do that?
  1. Go here: https://uh.edu/2fa-portal/ or AccessUH  Note: if you selected the Remember me for 30 days please use an incognito window or a private browser when trying to sign into AccessUH
  2. Sign in using your CougarNet credentials.  
  3. Select My Settings & Devices. 
  4. You will be asked to verify your device by choosing an authentication method.  
  5. Click Login. 
  6. Click Device option. 
  7. Click Activate Duo Mobile.  
  8. Select the type of phone (Android, iOS or Windows). 
  9. Click Continue. 
  10. Select I have Duo Mobile installed. 
  11. Open the Duo Mobile app. 
  12. Click the + symbol (Note: you can also click the Email an activation link instead). 
  13. Point the camera to the barcode/QR code. 
  14. Click Continue.
