- Go here Two Factor Authentication (2FA) Portal or AccessUH Note: if you selected the Remember me for 30 days please use an incognito window or a private browser when trying to sign into AccessUH
- Sign in using your CougarNet credentials.
- Select My Settings & Devices.
- You will be asked to verify your device by choosing an authentication method.
- Click Login.
- Click Device option.
- Click Activate Duo Mobile.
- Select the type of phone (Android, iOS or Windows).
- Click Continue.
- Select I have Duo Mobile installed.
- Open the Duo Mobile app.
- Click the + symbol (Note: you can also click the Email an activation link instead).
- Point the camera to the barcode/QR code.
- Click Continue.
