You can add another device by either:  

Option 1:  

1. Open an incognito window or a private browser  
2. Login to AccessUH  with your CougarNet credentials
3. Click Add a new device   
4. Follow the prompts to authenticate 
5. Select the device you want to add 
6. Click Continue 
7. Enter the phone number 
8. Check the You entered (713) 743-XXXX. Is this the correct number? 
9. Click Continue 
10. Select Other 
11. Click Continue 
12. Decide how you want to login (call or push) 
13. Click Continue to login 

Option 2:  

1. Go here Two Factor Authentication (2FA) Portal 
2. Sign in using your CougarNet credentials 
3. Click Add a new device   
4. Follow the prompts to authenticate 
5. Select the device you want to add 
6. Click Continue 
7. Enter the phone number 
8. Check the You entered (713) 743-XXXX. Is this the correct number? 
9. Click Continue 
10. Select Other 
11. Click Continue 
12. Decide how you want to login (call or push) 
13. Click Continue to login
