I want to add another device, but I can’t log into the Two Factor Authentication (2FA) Pre-Registration Portal.

Make sure you are logging in with your CougarNet username and password. If you need a password reset go to the CougarNet Password Wizard or contact the UIT Support Center via live chat or 713-743-1411.
