My phone number is enrolled with Two-Factor Authentication, but I deleted the Duo mobile app or it's not working. What do I do?

If you need to log in immediately, you can select the Enter a Code option on the Duo mobile app screen during the login process and then click on Text me new codes.

 

1.) Click Enter a Passcode



2.) Click Text me new codes



3.) Enter code

4.) Click Log In
