I am not receiving the push notifications for Two-Factor Authentication, what should I do?

Check your app settings to be sure that Two-Factor Authentication push notifications are turned on. If notifications are turned off, you will have to open the Duo mobile app each time you need to log into a Two-Factor Authentication online service. 


If you still do not see a notification, uninstall then reinstall the Duo mobile app.
