What if I don't have Wi-Fi for Two-Factor Authentication?
Wi-Fi is not required for The Two-Factor Authentication service.
The Duo mobile application for your smartphone or tablet can generate a passcode which may be used to sign on.
You can register a phone (i.e., a non-"smart" cell phone).
If your phone is registered as a mobile device, you can receive passcodes as text messages (SMS).
