Why have I stopped receiving push notifications on Duo mobile app?
If you have stopped receiving push notifications, then check for network between your phone and internet. It may help to take your phone in and out of airplane mode. If there is not a network problem, then request a re-activation of the service from the UIT Support Center at 713-743-1411 or speak with a Live Agent.
