I received an email about my account being disabled. Who can help me with this?
Sometimes accounts are disabled because you are no longer affiliated with the university. Visit the Computer Account Best Practices policy website for more information on disabled accounts.
If you think your account should not be disabled, there several ways to contact the Information Technology Support Center:
- Call/Text the IT Support Center at 713-743-1411
- Submit a ticket or a live chat request at Get Help
