There are several reasons why your T.A.P. Employee online training account may not work:
- Your account may be locked.
- Your account password may be expired.
- Your account may be disabled.
If you are logging in at tap.uh.edu and need a password, reset it at the myUH PeopleSoft website.
If you are logging into AccessUH with your CougarNet username and need a password, reset it using the CougarNet Password Wizard
If you need additional help contact the UIT Support Center Help Desk to report your problem.
