I am trying to reset my CougarNet account, but it is not accepting the answers to my security questions.

You can view or update your security questions and answers. If you still need assistance, please contact the IT Support Center at 713-743-1411 or Live Chat


 For Students:

  1. Log into AccessUH with your MyUH ID number. 
  2. Click the MyUH icon.
  3. Click the Personal Information icon and choose Setup Security Questions


For Employees:

  1. Log into P.A.S.S. Click the Miscellaneous tab
  2. Choose UHS Change Password Help.

 

Note: You can request a password for the myUH ID number on the myUH PeopleSoft website.
