What are the POP and IMAP setting for Office 365 Exchange Online mailboxes?
UIT HIGHLY ENCOURAGES users to NOT use POP or IMAP becuase it will not sync the data to the server. Instead use the Exchange Active Sync. However, if there is a need for these settings see below.
