What is college work-study, and how does it work?

College Work-Study provides part-time jobs for undergraduate and graduate students with financial need, allowing them to earn money to help pay education expenses. The program encourages community service work and work related to the student's course of study. You eligibility for work-study is determined by filling out and submitting your FAFSA (www.fafsa.ed.gov). The office of Scholarships and Financial Aid awards work-study as part of the financial aid package. Once you enroll in classes for the semester, if eligible you can search for a work-study position by using Cougar Pathway.
