My email seems to take a long time to send and receive. How can I fix this?

Turn on Cached Exchange Mode:

1 - On Outlook, click File.

2 Click Account Settings twice. 

3 - Click on the Account to update.

4 - Click Change.

5 - Click Use Cached Exchange Mode.

6 - Click Next.

7 - Click Done.

8 - Close Outlook and reopen it.
