My email seems to take a long time to send and receive - how can I fix this?

Turn on Cached Exchange Mode:

1.On Outlook, click File -> Account Settings -> Account Settings 

2.Click on the Account to update and click Change

3.Click Use Cached Exchange Mode

4.Click Next and Done

5.Close Outlook and reopen it.
