Why does a blank screen appear after clicking the P.A.S.S./HR icon in AccessUH?

This is due to simply closing the browser window and not clicking the "Sign out". Closing the browser window does not allow for proper logout of the system.

There are two methods to overcome this:

1. Click the "Sign out" at the top right of the screen when exiting out of P.A.S.S./HR.

2. Exit out of AccessUH  and close the current browser window and all other open windows. Open a new browser window and login to AccessUH.
