Clear your browser cache, close it or re-open a brand new browser window. Log into AccessUH and see if you are now able to see your missing icon.
After logging into AccessUH you might need to refresh your icon list. On the right side of your screen under Logout, click on the red button. You should see your missing icons now.
For users who are still missing their Campus Solutions icon after performing the steps above, users should ensure that their employment status is still active. Users who transfer to a new Administrative Office, Academic Group, or Department or users who are terminated automatically get their Campus Solutions access removed. A new Campus Solutions access request form needs to be submitted for access.
