Blackboard asks for a password when the student tries to take Respondus LockDown Browser test in a regular browser, such as IE, Firefox or Safari. The student needs to cancel out of the test in the regular browser, log out of Blackboard, close the browser, and open the Respondus LockDown Browser to take the test. The student cannot access Blackboard or the test by way of AccessUH. The student must open the Respondus LockDown Browser and log in directly to Blackboard in order to take the test.
