By design, users receive Quarantine Digest Messages for each email alias they are the owner of. In some cases, there are multiple people who are listed as the owners of an alias, i.e. a departmental alias. In those cases, all of the owners will receive the same digest message for that alias, so any of the owners could choose to release quarantined messages. If you do not want to receive a digest message for a specific alias, first connect to VPN using Full-vpn.uh.edu then login to the Quarantine site (https://qsite.uh.edu:28443/) with that alias and configure the Options to not receive digest messages. Most users only have one alias, and therefore will only receive one digest message.
