How do I change my password/session ID for logging into the Qsite?

The password/session ID is randomly generated by the PureMessage system and cannot be changed by the user. If you need to request a new password/session ID, first connect to VPN  using then go to the Quarantine site login page -  (the link is also found at the bottom of the Quarantine Digest Messages ("Go to the UH Quarantined email login page")) and click on the link in the sentence "If you do not have a password/session ID, please go here."
