I am missing icons in AccessUH. How can I resolve this issue?
AccessUH is customized to you as an individual. It knows who you are, when you log in, and which systems you are able to access. You will only see the services you are permitted to use based on your role or position with the university.
If you notice that icons related to your UH affiliation (e.g., student, faculty, or staff) are missing, try the following:
- Click the refresh icon button located under Logout
- Close the browser and log back in
- Try clearing the browser cache, open a new window and log back in
- You can also try other browsers
If the icon is still missing, contact us the UIT Support Center at: 713-743-1411.
