My Lync phone doesn?t ring when people call me. All outside calls go to voice mail and some inside calls do, too. What do I need to do?
Your old phone (whether Cisco or Rolm) needs to be forwarded to Lync. If you have your old phone on hand, you can follow the instructions contained in the attached document.
If you don’t have your old phone, please email lync@uh.edu and we will forward your phone for you.
