As long as you notify IT Training that you will not be attending, either via email (ittraining@uh.edu) or phone: 713-743-1564, or go into Skillport and cancel your reservation, there is no penalty. However, if you register for 3 classes and miss those classes, and do not properly cancel, you could be barred from taking our free instructor-led training classes for up to 90 days. You will still have access to Skillport to take eLearning classes during that time, and utilize Books 24/7. You may also attend the instructor led classes on stand-by. You just won't be able to get a guaranteed seat for the duration of your restriction. As always, if you have any questions, please call us at the number cited above.
