Should I install the 32-bit or 64-bit version of Windows 7?

If your hardware can handle it, there's almost no reason preventing you from going 64-bit.

Just be aware that not all programs will work in 64-bit mode and drivers for some old printers will not work with 64-bit Windows.

If in any doubt about your hardware, consult the IT Support Center in room 58 MD Anderson Library (in the basement) Monday - Friday, 8 a.m.-8 p.m. or call 713-743-1411.

For general questions about Windows 7, please consult the Windows 7 Solutions Center, located at http://support.microsoft.com/ph/14019 .
