The University of Houston will begin an update of its Cisco IP phones soon. The update is expected to take most of the day. Your personal greetings and other settings will not change as a result of this update.

The second change will only be noticeable if you enter an incorrect password when you access the voice messaging system. For security reasons, customers who enter an incorrect password will have to re-enter both their mailbox number and their password.
