Verify printer name
Are you able to access the internet? email?
Can the printer be seen on the Network?
Can others in the office print to the printer
Is the printer installed?
Go to Start/Settings/Printers to check
Try uninstalling by right clicking on the printer and choosing delete
Choose Add Printer
Choose Networked Printer
Type in printer name
(if you do not know the name of the printer, click barticlese to get a list of printers)
Follow steps to complete installation
Do you have the IP address for the printer?
Can you ping the printer,,Cmd line,>ping xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx, example ping 129.7.122.1
