The Windows firewall may be preventing you from viewing/downloading your course notes. Here is the process to view them:

1. When the document is blocked, a yellow bar appears at the top of the screen informing you it has blocked the document.

2. When you click on the bar, it asks if you want to download the file.

3. Selecting Yes takes you back to your "My Settings" page.

4. Click on the course, then on the document.

5. You should now be able to view or print the document.
