Why can't I print from PeopleSoft Imaging? Why does only the first page of a multiple document come up?
This has to do with the image trying to open in QuickTime instead of the Microsoft Imaging program. To fix the problem, do the following:
1. Go under the Start menu to Control Panel (For Windows XP, switch to Classic View)
2. Double -click the QuickTime icon to open it
3. Click File Types
4. Click the + sign next to Images - Still image Files
5. Uncheck TIFF image
6. Click OK to close
