When I type in my login information, I am told that I either timed out or need to sign in as a guest.
You may have a conflict with the AOL Optimizer. AOL's optimizer is called AOL TopSpeed. To turn it off:
1. Click Settings on the AOL Toolbar.
2. Click Internet (Web) Options on the Basics tab.
3. Clear the TopSpeed checkbox.
4. Save or apply.
Another issue may be your computer is infected with spyware. You may clean it by running free spyware software such as Malwarebytes.
