How do I check how much of my quota is used on my Exchange account?


Microsoft 365 on the web: 

  1. Click the Gear on the top right.
  2. Click View all Outlook settings.
  3. Click General.
  4. Click Storage. 

Mailbox Features:

  • 99 GB quota
  • 35 MB message size limit including attachments
