When I use my Exchange account on the Web and go to log out, it asks me for my login information again, but won't take it. If I just click cancel, I get the error that access is denied. What is wrong with my account?

This problem results from logging into the Web interface without using cougarnet\ in front of the userid. Be sure when you log in that you use cougarnet\userid for the user name (i.e. cougarnet\jcougar). If you type only your userid, you will get the error.
