What do I do if I can't find the answer to my question?

If you don't find an answer for your question in Get Help, you have several options.

Click the help tab in the upper right corner of this page, then click the "Search Tips" button to get help on nararticleing your search.

If you'd originally selected a topic to nararticle your search, try searching with no topic selected. Perhaps the answer you're looking for was provided by a department you didn't expect. Using the Topic drop down is a great way to nararticle your search, but you run the risk of eliminating answers that might meet your needs.

Click the "Ask a Question" tab and send your question to the Get Help team. You can track your question via the "Your Account" portion of the system.

To look for University of Houston information not found in Get Help, simply click the "Search" button in the top right-hand corner of this page. This is the search engine for the university web site.
