People are telling me that the e-mail they are sending to my mail.uh.edu is bouncing back. Why?

Mail.uh.edu was retired for all accounts on March 5, 2013, sooner for staff and students. Any mail sent to an address ending in @mail.uh.edu will be bounced back to the sender due to the service no longer being provided.
