Yes. Students, faculty and staff can appeal a citation in written or oral form to the PTS Program Coordinator. A citation must be paid or appealed within 21 calendar days of issuance. Some violation fines will be reduced to half price if paid within 48 hours. If you lose your appeal, you will have to pay the full price and not the reduced rate. Appeals can be entered online at www.uh.edu/parking by clicking E-Parking Services and then Parking Citation Appeals.
